A maximum of 8 kids of equal size at one time is what most inflatable manufactures recommend. Just please be safe and have fun!

All inflatables are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized upon delivery!

We monitor the weather on a daily basis. If we feel it is unsafe to deliver your inflatable due to inclement weather forecasted, current weather conditions or previous weather that will make setting up and using an inflatable dangerous, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. In the event we do cancel your reservation you will be refunded 100% of your initial payment or we will work with you to set up the rental for another day.

Only Bounce House Wilmington, LLC can decide to cancel due to weather conditions. If you decide to cancel please refer to our cancellation policy.

****If the Bounce House, Slide or obstacle course is delivered and then it rains you will not be refunded****

In our coastal town, the weather can be quite unpredictable and may change frequently. Today, your date may call for rain, and tomorrow it may call for sunny skies.

To plan ahead, check the hourly forecast 48 hours before your event. We often see parents worry, cancel, then try to rebook at the last minute, only to find the inflatable they wanted was already booked by someone else.

Our advice is to wait until the morning before your event to check the hourly forecast before making any decisions. If you still decide to cancel, please email fun@bouncehousewilmington.com using the same email you used to book. We will hold your deposit and work with you to find another date to reschedule.

Our main goal is for you to have an amazing experience with our business and we’ll do everything in our power to make that happen!

If you cancel within 48 hours of BOOKING, we will issue you a full refund.

If you cancel after 48 hours of booking, you will not lose your deposit. We will help you find a future date to apply your deposit to.

If you don't have a future date yet, we will put a note in our system and you can call us when you are ready to arrange your next booking which your deposit will be applied to.
