Bounce Bounce Wilmington,LLC monitors the weather on a daily basis. If we feel it is unsafe to deliver your inflatable due to inclement weather forecasted, current weather conditions or previous weather that will make setting up and using an inflatable dangerous we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. If Bounce House Wilmington, LLC decides on the cancellation you will be refunded 100% of your initial payment or we will work with you to set-up the rental for another day.
Only Bounce House Wilmington, LLC can decide to cancel due to weather conditions. If you decide to cancel please refer to our cancellation policy.
****If the Bounce House, Slide or course is delivered and then it rains you will not be refunded****
****We will deliver in the rain as long as high winds and lightening aren’t a factor****
In our beach town, the weather can be quite unpredictable. For example, sometimes the forecast calls for rain all day, but then there’s only a small chance of rain later in the day.
To plan ahead, check the hourly forecast on weather.com 48 hours before your event. We often see parents worry, cancel, then try to rebook at the last minute, only to find it’s already booked by someone else.
Our advice is to wait until the morning before your event to check the hourly forecast before making any decisions. If you still decide to cancel, please email fun@bouncehousewilmington.com using the same email you used to book. We will hold your deposit and work with you to find another date to reschedule.
Bounce House Wilmington uses SMS messaging to communicate with employees regarding work assignments, schedule changes, route updates, daily tasks, and other operational matters. This section describes how we collect, use, and protect mobile phone information in connection with our SMS program.
Information We Collect. When you provide your mobile phone number to Bounce House Wilmington as part of your employment, we collect and store that number for the purpose of sending operational SMS messages. We may also collect message delivery data, opt-in and opt-out status, and records of your responses to our messages.
How We Use Mobile Information. Mobile phone numbers and related SMS data are used exclusively to send and manage work-related SMS communications, including shift notifications, route assignments, daily task reminders, and similar operational messages. We do not use mobile information for marketing or promotional purposes.
No Sharing of Mobile Information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of SMS opt-in data, including mobile phone numbers, are excluded from being shared with any third parties. Information may only be shared with subprocessors who help us deliver SMS messages (such as our SMS platform provider) and only to the extent necessary to deliver the service.
Message Frequency, Rates, and Opt-Out. Message frequency varies based on operational needs. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS communications will not affect your employment, but may require us to contact you through alternative channels for operational matters.
Consent. Consent to receive SMS messages is obtained through a signed written consent form provided during onboarding. SMS consent is separate from, and not a condition of, employment, though receiving operational SMS is the primary way we communicate work assignments.
Data Retention. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent records are retained for the duration of your employment and for a reasonable period afterward as required by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes.
