How far in advance should I make my reservation?
We suggest making your reservation as soon as possible, in advance to your event. Once a time slot has been filled, it is removed from the system on that specific day. All events are paid in full online and completed by our secure server. You will receive an immediate order confirmation by email once you complete checkout.
Is the type of surface where the water slide is grounded important?
Yes, the grounding surface for a water slide does matter. It's essential to place the water slide on a level, stable, and non-slippery surface to ensure safe operation. A suitable grounding surface helps prevent the slide from shifting or tilting during use, reducing the risk of accidents or injuries. Additionally, the surface should be free from hazards such as rocks, debris, or uneven terrain that could pose tripping hazards or damage the slide. Bounce House Wilmington will NOT set up any of our water slides (when choosing wet option) on concrete, gravel or rocks.
What is your refund policy?
If you cancel within 48 hours of booking your reservation, we will fully refund you. Example: You book today, you have 48 hours to cancel your event for a full refund of your deposit.
If you cancel after 48 hours, then we will help you pick another date so you don't lose your deposit. Don't worry if you don't have another date in mind; we will just put a note in the system that you will call back with another date in the future.
If Bounce House Wilmington cancels your event due to weather, a full refund will be given. Or, you have the option to pick a different date that your selected unit is available. Please refer to our "Weather Policy". Link is below.
Please note deposits are final and non-refundable. Unless, your event is canceled within the above mentioned timeframe or Bounce House Wilmington cancels your event due to imminent weather.
