These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Bounce House Wilmington (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including our SMS messaging program. By providing your mobile phone number and signing our SMS consent form, you agree to these Terms.

1. SMS Messaging Program

Bounce House Wilmington operates an SMS messaging program for employees and contractors. The program is used to send work-related notifications including, but not limited to, shift assignments, schedule changes, route updates, daily task lists, and operational reminders.

2. Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and signing the Bounce House Wilmington SMS Consent Form during onboarding, you agree to receive SMS messages from Bounce House Wilmington related to your work assignments and operational matters. Consent is collected exclusively through signed written paperwork. We do not collect SMS consent through web forms, keywords, or third-party sources.

3. Message Frequency and Cost

Message frequency varies depending on operational needs and your role. You may receive multiple messages per day during active shifts or routes. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. Bounce House Wilmington is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

4. Opt-Out

You may opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, STOP, or STOPALL to any message. Upon opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications from us. To resubscribe, reply START. Opting out may require us to contact you through alternative channels for work-related matters.

For assistance with the SMS program, reply HELP to any message, or contact us directly at [your email] or [your phone number].

6. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported on major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy

Your use of our SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://bouncehousewilmington.com/privacy/. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Eligibility

The SMS program is available only to employees, contractors, and authorized personnel of Bounce House Wilmington who are 18 years of age or older and have a valid U.S. mobile phone number.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you through SMS or other means. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
